The patch titled
     Subject: swap: check mapping_empty() for swap cache before being freed
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     swap-check-mapping_empty-for-swap-cache-before-being-freed.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
