[merged] ocfs2-remove-unnecessary-init_list_head.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: ocfs2: remove unnecessary INIT_LIST_HEAD()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ocfs2-remove-unnecessary-init_list_head.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The list_head o2hb_node_events is initialized statically.  It is
unnecessary to initialize by INIT_LIST_HEAD().
