[merged] kthread-switch-to-new-kerneldoc-syntax-for-named-variable-macro-argument.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: kthread: switch to new kerneldoc syntax for named variable macro argument
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kthread-switch-to-new-kerneldoc-syntax-for-named-variable-macro-argument.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The syntax without dots is available since commit 43756e347f21
("scripts/kernel-doc: Add support for named variable macro arguments").
