The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-madvise-introduce-madv_populate_readwrite-to-prefault-page-tables-checkpatch-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-madvise-introduce-madv_populate_readwrite-to-prefault-page-tables.patch
