The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     slub-force-on-no_hash_pointers-when-slub_debug-is-enabled-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into slub-force-on-no_hash_pointers-when-slub_debug-is-enabled.patch
