From: Mike Rapoport <rppt@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>
Subject: m68k: remove support for DISCONTIGMEM

DISCONTIGMEM was replaced by FLATMEM with freeing of the unused memory map
in v5.11.

Remove the support for DISCONTIGMEM entirely.
