[failures] nios2-convert-to-setup_initial_init_mm.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: nios2: convert to setup_initial_init_mm()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     nios2-convert-to-setup_initial_init_mm.patch

This patch was dropped because it had testing failures
