+ mm-drop-redundant-arch_enable_split_pmd_ptlock.patch added to -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm: drop redundant ARCH_ENABLE_SPLIT_PMD_PTLOCK
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-drop-redundant-arch_enable_split_pmd_ptlock.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-drop-redundant-arch_enable_split_pmd_ptlock.patch
and later at
    https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/mm-drop-redundant-arch_enable_split_pmd_ptlock.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
   a) Consider who else should be cc'ed
   b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well
   c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a

Subject: mm: drop redundant ARCH_ENABLE_SPLIT_PMD_PTLOCK

ARCH_ENABLE_SPLIT_PMD_PTLOCKS has duplicate definitions on platforms that
subscribe it.  Drop these redundant definitions and instead just select it
on applicable platforms.
