+ mm-vmalloc-add-vmap_range_noflush-variant.patch added to -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/vmalloc: add vmap_range_noflush variant
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-vmalloc-add-vmap_range_noflush-variant.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-vmalloc-add-vmap_range_noflush-variant.patch
and later at
    https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/mm-vmalloc-add-vmap_range_noflush-variant.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:

Subject: mm/vmalloc: add vmap_range_noflush variant

As a side-effect, the order of flush_cache_vmap() and
arch_sync_kernel_mappings() calls are switched, but that now matches the
other callers in this file.
