- com20020-build-fix.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     com20020 build fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     com20020-build-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

com20020.c needs to export functions if either of the ISA or PCI modules
are built as loadable modules.  Or they could always be exported.
