The patch titled
     Subject: kfence: add missing copyright header to documentation
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kfence-documentation-add-kfence-documentation-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into kfence-documentation-add-kfence-documentation.patch
