[merged] mm-shuffle-lru-list-addition-and-deletion-functions.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: include/linux/mm_inline.h: shuffle lru list addition and deletion functions
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-shuffle-lru-list-addition-and-deletion-functions.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: include/linux/mm_inline.h: shuffle lru list addition and deletion functions

These functions will call page_lru() in the following patches.  Move them
below page_lru() to avoid the forward declaration.
