has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
kasan-dont-run-tests-when-kasan-is-not-enabled.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Don't run KASAN tests when it's disabled with kasan.mode=off to avoid
corrupting kernel memory.
