The patch titled
     Subject: mm: backing-dev: Remove duplicated macro definition
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-backing-dev-remove-duplicated-macro-definition.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
