The patch titled
     Subject: mm/filemap: inline __wait_on_page_locked_async into caller
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-filemap-inline-__wait_on_page_locked_async-into-caller.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-filemap-inline-__wait_on_page_locked_async-into-caller.patch
and later at
    https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/mm-filemap-inline-__wait_on_page_locked_async-into-caller.patch

__wait_on_page_locked_async into __lock_page_async().
