The patch titled
     Subject: mm-memcg-slab-pre-allocate-obj_cgroups-for-slab-caches-with-slab_account-v2
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-memcg-slab-pre-allocate-obj_cgroups-for-slab-caches-with-slab_account-v2.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-memcg-slab-pre-allocate-obj_cgroups-for-slab-caches-with-slab_account.patch
