- i8042-activate-panic-blink-only-in-x.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     i8042: activate panic blink only in X
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     i8042-activate-panic-blink-only-in-x.patch

This patch was dropped because it is obsolete

This gives keyboard a chance to work in text console so user can attempt to
exctract more useful data form crashed box (for example some backtraces
from SysRq)
