The patch titled
     Subject: checkpatch: add a fixer for missing newline at eof
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     checkpatch-add-a-fixer-for-missing-newline-at-eof.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
