The patch titled
     Subject: mm/thp: use head for head page in lru_add_page_tail()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-thp-use-head-for-head-page-in-lru_add_page_tail.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Since the first parameter is only used by head page, it's better to make
it explicit.
