The patch titled
     Subject: mm/mapping_dirty_helpers: enhance the kernel-doc markups
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-mapping_dirty_helpers-enhance-the-kernel-doc-markups.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
