The patch titled
     Subject: mm/page_alloc: add __free_pages() documentation
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-page_alloc-add-__free_pages-documentation.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
