+ mm-remove-pagevec_lookup_range_nr_tag.patch added to -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm: remove pagevec_lookup_range_nr_tag()
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-remove-pagevec_lookup_range_nr_tag.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-remove-pagevec_lookup_range_nr_tag.patch
and later at
    https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/mm-remove-pagevec_lookup_range_nr_tag.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:

With the merge of 2e1692966034 ("ceph: have ceph_writepages_start call
pagevec_lookup_range_tag"), nothing calls this anymore.
