The patch titled
     Subject: mm: remove the filename in the top of file comment in vmalloc.c
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-remove-the-filename-in-the-top-of-file-comment-in-vmallocc.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
