[merged] bitops-simplify-get_count_order_long.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: bitops: simplify get_count_order_long()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     bitops-simplify-get_count_order_long.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
