[merged] mm-page_isolation-simplify-return-value-of-start_isolate_page_range.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/page_isolation: simplify return value of start_isolate_page_range()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-page_isolation-simplify-return-value-of-start_isolate_page_range.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: mm/page_isolation: simplify return value of start_isolate_page_range()

Callers no longer need the number of isolated pageblocks.  Let's simplify.
