[merged] mm-page-writeback-support-tail-pages-in-wait_for_stable_page.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/page-writeback: support tail pages in wait_for_stable_page
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-page-writeback-support-tail-pages-in-wait_for_stable_page.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

page->mapping is undefined for tail pages, so operate exclusively on the
head page.
