The patch titled
     Subject: mm/debug_vm_pgtable/THP: mark the pte entry huge before using set_pmd/pud_at
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-debug_vm_pgtable-thp-mark-the-pte-entry-huge-before-using-set_pmd-pud_at.patch

This patch was dropped because it was nacked

kernel expects entries to be marked huge before we use
set_pmd_at()/set_pud_at().
