The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-mempolicy-remove-or-narrow-the-lock-on-current.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

It is not necessary to hold the lock of current when setting nodemask of
a new policy.
