The patch titled
cciss: change PCI ID for bug workaround
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
cciss-change-pci-id-for-bug-workaround.patch
This patch was dropped because it doesn't apply any more

Chang E500 subsystem ID to work around a firmware bug. If a P[48]00 is
discovered first a bogus banner string will be displayed at POST
