The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-memremap_pages-support-multiple-ranges-per-invocation-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-memremap_pages-support-multiple-ranges-per-invocation.patch
