- gfs2-readpages-fixes.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     gfs2: ->readpages() fixes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     gfs2-readpages-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

This just ignore the remaining pages, and remove unneeded unlock_pages().
