[merged] mm-vmscanc-delete-or-fix-duplicated-words.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/vmscan.c: delete or fix duplicated words
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-vmscanc-delete-or-fix-duplicated-words.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Drop the repeated word "marked".
Change "time time" to "same time".
