The patch titled
     Subject: mm: mmu_notifier: fix and extend kerneldoc
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-mmu_notifier-fix-and-extend-kerneldoc.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
