[merged] mm-mempolicy-check-parameters-first-in-kernel_get_mempolicy.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/mempolicy.c: check parameters first in kernel_get_mempolicy
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-mempolicy-check-parameters-first-in-kernel_get_mempolicy.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: mm/mempolicy.c: check parameters first in kernel_get_mempolicy

Previous implementatoin calls untagged_addr() before error check, while if
the error check failed and return EINVAL, the untagged_addr() call is just
useless work.
