The patch titled
     Subject: uaccess-add-force_uaccess_beginend-helpers-v2
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     uaccess-add-force_uaccess_beginend-helpers-v2.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into uaccess-add-force_uaccess_beginend-helpers.patch
