The patch titled
     Subject: mm/vmalloc: update the header about KVA rework
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-vmalloc-update-the-header-about-kva-rework.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
