The patch titled
     Subject: mm/debug: switch dump_page to get_kernel_nofault
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-switch-dump_page-to-get_kernel_nofault.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: mm/debug: switch dump_page to get_kernel_nofault

This is simpler to use than copy_from_kernel_nofault().  Also make some of
the related error messages less verbose.
