The patch titled
     Subject: mm/debug: dump compound page information on a second line
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-dump-compound-page-information-on-a-second-line.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Simplify both the implementation and the output by splitting all the
compound page information onto a second line.
