The patch titled
     Subject: mm, slub: introduce kmem_cache_debug_flags()-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-slub-introduce-kmem_cache_debug_flags-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-slub-introduce-kmem_cache_debug_flags.patch
