The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     revert-squashfs-migrate-from-ll_rw_block-usage-to-bio-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into revert-squashfs-migrate-from-ll_rw_block-usage-to-bio.patch
