The patch titled
     Subject: mm/mempolicy: use a standard migration target allocation callback
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-mempolicy-use-a-standard-migration-target-allocation-callback.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged
