[merged] mailmap-add-entry-for-obsolete-email-address.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mailmap: add entry for obsolete email address
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mailmap-add-entry-for-obsolete-email-address.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
