The patch titled
     Subject: drivers/tty/serial/sh-sci.c: suppress uninitialized var warning
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     drivers-tty-serial-sh-scic-suppress-uninitialized-var-warning.patch

This patch was dropped because it is obsolete
