The patch titled
     Subject: mm-memcg-percpu-per-memcg-percpu-memory-statistics-v3
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-memcg-percpu-per-memcg-percpu-memory-statistics-v3.patch

This patch should soon appear at

and later at
