The patch titled
     Subject: nommu: use flush_icache_user_range in brk and mmap
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     nommu-use-flush_icache_user_range-in-brk-and-mmap.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
