The patch titled
     Subject: xtensa: implement flush_icache_user_range
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     xtensa-implement-flush_icache_user_range.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: xtensa: implement flush_icache_user_range

The Xtensa implementation of flush_icache_range seems to be able to
cope with user addresses.  Just define flush_icache_user_range to
flush_icache_range.
