[merged] powerpc-unexport-flush_icache_user_range.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: powerpc: unexport flush_icache_user_range
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     powerpc-unexport-flush_icache_user_range.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

flush_icache_user_range is only used by copy_to_user_page, which is
only used by core VM code.
