The patch titled
     Subject: asm-generic: fix the inclusion guards for cacheflush.h
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     asm-generic-fix-the-inclusion-guards-for-cacheflushh.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: asm-generic: fix the inclusion guards for cacheflush.h

cacheflush.h uses a somewhat to generic include guard name that clashes
with various arch files.  Use a more specific one.
