The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     doc-cgroup-update-note-about-conditions-when-oom-killer-is-invoked-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into doc-cgroup-update-note-about-conditions-when-oom-killer-is-invoked.patch
