[merged] selftests-vm-pkeys-fix-pkey_disable_clear.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: selftests/vm/pkeys: fix pkey_disable_clear()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     selftests-vm-pkeys-fix-pkey_disable_clear.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: selftests/vm/pkeys: fix pkey_disable_clear()

Currently, pkey_disable_clear() sets the specified bits instead clearing
them.  This has been dead code up to now because its only callers i.e. 
pkey_access/write_allow() are also unused.
